Yunus completed a double degree in health sciences and podiatry at La Trobe University.
Yunus has a strong passion for sports medicine including treatment of forefoot pain, arch pain, heel pain and achillies pain. Yunus actively identifies issues that may be contributing towards your pain and provides you with a graduated rehabilitation program to get you back to what you love doing most. Outside of sports medicine, Yunus is skilled in the treatment of callouses, warts, and fungal nails.
Outside of practice, Yunus is a passionate Australian rules football fan and follows the Carlton Football Club. Yunus thoroughly enjoys outdoor activities and grew up playing competitive football and tennis. With an eye for good food, Yunus is a keen visitor of restraunts around Melbourne and is never afraid to try something new.
Randini is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. During her career, Randini has worked in acute and subacute hospitals across Australia providing specialist medical nutrition therapy to a wide variety of patients.
Randini is a highly skilled, caring and enthusiastic health professional who enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for nutrition and health. She finds it very rewarding helping people reach their health goals. She specialises in chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Cancer, Gastrointestinal nutrition and Pregnancy.
Diane Gargya is a credentialled diabetes educator. She has been practicing as a pharmacist for more than 10 years. She is also a lecturer at RMIT School of Health and Biomedical Sciences.
Diane has been providing patient-centered diabetes management consultation and group sessions and is able to perform medicines reviews.

Occupational Therapy (Lymphoedema Therapist) Services:
Lymphoedema is a type of swelling. It is an accumulation of lymphatic fluid, caused by a problem or blockage of the lymphatic system that mostly occurs in the arms and legs but occasionally in other parts of the body.
Lymphoedema which is characterised by swelling of certain parts of the body may present with other symptoms which can vary. Further information can be sought with your local GP who may refer you to this specialised service.
Our practice facilitates the provision of this specialised occupational therapy service. Lymphoedema therapy at our practice is provided by Avril Lunken.
Avril is professional member of Australasian Lymphology Association and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. Besides other qualifications, she holds a Diploma in Occupational Therapy qualification from the UK. Avril provides assessment treatment of all age groups (children, teens, adults), she provides education, support and advice on the use of appropriate compression garments. Avril evaluates the use of compression garments.
When we are closed, we provide continuity of care to our registered patients in partnership with National Home Doctor Service. Visits by this service are bulk billed.
If you are physically restricted or for any other non- urgent health reason/s you are unable to attend our clinic, you can ring our after-hours locum service for medical attention on 13 74 25 for a home visit if required.
